GROWING FAITH WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY.
HELLO & WELCOME!
PATRIOT VALLEY RANCH was co-founded by the Smith family in July 2023. It is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt religious and educational nonprofit organization, officially recognized as of February 2025. Originally formed as an unincorporated association in February 2024, the organization began its work with a small group.
The property in which Patriot Valley Ranch operates on is owned and managed by Valor Property Holdings. The property was originally a section of Sun Valley Ranch, which historically served as hobby horse land and was known for its recreational and equestrian uses. This property has remained under continuous family ownership since the 1980s, preserving its legacy through multiple generations. The land itself carries a rich history, having been inhabited by the Eriez and Iroquois Indians dating back to the 1600s. It was later farmed and cultivated by colonists of the French empire, and subsequently came under the control of the British empire in the 1700s, reflecting the varied cultural and historical influences that shaped the region. Since March 3rd, 1792, this land has officially been a recognized part of the United States of America.
The Smith family had initially purchased and founded the property with the primary goal of serving the needs of their family. Following its initial groundbreaking and the establishment of the first buildings on the property in April 2023, the site has continued to develop steadily. Over time, however, they came to realize that their vision extended far beyond their personal intentions. They recognized that the property could fulfill a higher purpose—one that involved serving God and making a meaningful difference in the local community. By doing so, they could create opportunities in various ways to support and uplift those around them.

Rooted in Family

This is a very difficult story to share. Yet the place where we find ourselves today is rooted in a long and deeply meaningful family history—one that is both a profound blessing and, at times, painfully hard to revisit. Still, it is a story that must be told.
The founding of Patriot Valley Ranch is inseparable from the significance of the land it rests on and the legacy of a family whose history traces back to the ashes of World War II.
The Semczuk family endured the horrors of the Holocaust. During that time, my grandparents, Anna and Stefan, were subjected to years of forced labor under Nazi control. The SS-Gestapo were known for their brutality, and had they discovered my grandmother’s pregnancy in the final months of the war, my mother would have been killed before ever being born in 1945.
That reality underscores how precious life truly is—and what an honor it is to be the son of a mother who survived against unimaginable odds.
Their survival through forced labor, family separation, and the atrocities of the Holocaust is the very reason I am alive today. I carry deep gratitude for those who helped my grandmother keep her pregnancy hidden from the Nazis and the SS-Gestapo during those final months of the war.
This history has shaped my life in countless ways. The weight and emotion of the past are still felt by me and many in our family to this day.
When you are having a difficult day, remember this: my grandparents did not taste freedom until October of 1951, when they came to America at the ages of 44 and 42. After years of tyranny, oppression, and hardship, my mother—just six years old at the time—was given a new beginning in a country founded on life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Therefore, the barn in which Patriot Valley Ranch functions today as a ministry—and everything it represents—has been dedicated to the memory and the long struggle of Stefan and Anna Semczuk. We will continue to promote truth through a biblical lens and uphold the principles that reflect how freedom is attained and preserved within the United States of America.

“We wish to be small but mighty in our mission.”
A central mission of Patriot Valley Ranch is to foster meaningful connection and spiritual growth through dedicated support groups. These gatherings create a space for individuals to build community, encourage one another, and grow stronger in their faith together.
We are also hosting pastor retreats designed to provide spiritual leaders with a time of renewal, encouragement, and enrichment. These retreats offer an intentional environment for rest, reflection, fellowship, and personal growth—equipping those who faithfully guide others in their spiritual journeys.
Through Patriot Academy, students are invited to explore the foundations of America’s origins. Our courses examine the Constitution, including its Articles and Amendments, while highlighting the founders’ Christian principles that shaped our nation’s commitment to liberty. Participants will discover inspiring historical facts and stories often overlooked in modern education, empowering them to live out their faith with confidence and purpose today.
Additionally, our Salt & Light Series provides biblical seminary training and classes that explore the relationship between government and Scripture, equipping believers to understand and apply biblical principles within civic life.
