Code of Conduct

Patriot Valley Ranch reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct as needed to support its mission and community.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to establish clear expectations for behavior, integrity, and accountability for all individuals associated with Patriot Valley Ranch ("PVR"). This includes staff, volunteers, participants, partners, and visitors. Our goal is to cultivate an environment rooted in honor, service, discipline, faith, and mutual respect.

2. Core Values

All members of PVR are expected to uphold the following values:

  • Integrity – Act honestly and consistently in all situations.

  • Respect – Treat others with dignity, regardless of background or beliefs.

  • Service – Prioritize the well-being of others and the mission of PVR.

  • Accountability – Take responsibility for actions and outcomes.

  • Excellence – Strive for continuous improvement in all efforts.

  • Faith & Fellowship – Encourage spiritual growth and supportive community.

3. Expected Conduct

All individuals are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and disciplined manner at all times.

  • Follow all PVR policies, procedures, and leadership direction.

  • Communicate truthfully and constructively.

  • Respect property, facilities, and equipment.

  • Maintain appropriate boundaries in all relationships.

  • Represent PVR honorably in public and private settings, including online.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not permitted:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.

  • Violence, threats of violence, or unsafe behavior.

  • Theft, misuse, or destruction of property.

  • Substance abuse or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while engaged in PVR activities.

  • Dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation.

  • Sexual misconduct or inappropriate relationships.

  • Disruptive behavior that undermines the mission or environment of PVR.

5. Faith and Community Standards

PVR operates with a foundation of faith and fellowship. While participation is open to individuals from diverse backgrounds, all members are expected to:

  • Respect the spiritual mission and practices of PVR.

  • Engage in community activities with a spirit of unity and encouragement.

  • Refrain from conduct that is openly hostile to the values and mission of PVR.

6. Safety and Security

Safety is a top priority at PVR. All individuals must:

  • Follow safety protocols and instructions from leadership.

  • Immediately report hazards, injuries, or unsafe conditions.

  • Participate in safety training when required.

  • Avoid reckless or negligent behavior.

7. Reporting Violations

All members have a responsibility to report violations of this Code of Conduct. Reports may be made to:

  • Direct supervisors or team leaders

  • Designated PVR leadership

Reports will be handled promptly, respectfully, and, when possible, confidentially.

8. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:

  • Verbal or written warnings

  • Suspension from activities

  • Removal from programs or roles

  • Termination of involvement with PVR

The severity of consequences will depend on the nature and impact of the violation.

9. Acknowledgment

All individuals affiliated with Patriot Valley Ranch are expected to read, understand, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
